My first blog post!

Just got finished doing my weekly blood draw!

Last month, I had my right/left heart cath and biopsy. Good news first...rejection grade ZERO! Bad news is that my coronary artery disease has significantly gotten worse and Dr. Vorovich has determined that I will be checking into Chateu Nortthwestern Memorial in September. A bit early than I would have liked but this means I will be listed as a 1A on the UNOS transplant list. She suspects I will not have to wait more than just a few months for a new heart but who knows...we all know how long I was at Luries. I will be seeing her August 2nd for a checkup and to hash out the details of my admission.
